Great dedication to customer needs. Took a difficult situation and resolved it professionally.
I was 1.8 miles from their shop. They said they would be there in 45 minutes. An hour later they said they were on their way and would be there in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later they said that they were just down the road and would be there in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later I got a call asking for my location and said they would be there in 10 minutes. They finally arrived and replaced the tire. Only took about 45 minutes to swap the tire once they were there but getting them there was the hard part. Wouldn’t use them if you have... read more
