Ashley Williams is such an incredible therapist. I have been seeing Ashley since I was in the 5th grade and she has been such a positive impact in my life. Recently we have started doing Reiki sessions and it has brought in so many insights I hadn't even thought of before. Recently, Ashley invited me to participate in both a Reiki session along with a regular therapy session as she felt like it could really benefit me. I didn’t know that much about it but when I realized it was spiritual I was intrigued. The Reiki process has been a game changer for me. I had the opportunity to do both a Reiki session and a regular therapy session with Ashley, and it was such a powerful experience. The Reiki was simple yet incredibly grounding, and combining it with therapy brought out insights I don’t think I would have reached with traditional talk therapy alone.
