Very nice clean and accessible
This place is terrible. Don’t rent here. I live locally in Burleson and there is nobody locally that is managing or running the storage facility. Anytime you need anything. It is a call center and they could care less and do not understand your concerns. I requested a move out onto two units, never heard anything from them, and then received a notification email that I was moved out of both units yet they still charged me for the next month for both units. I’ve been using this location to store my camper for a while. I’m very impressed with the security and cleanliness of the facility. I have also used there other location just a nice. I hade a chance to meet the new owners and there a very nice family. I’ve have nothing but great things to say about this facility going back to the old owners. First class, highly recommended!!!!!
If i could get a negative star i would . This Storage facility changed management and has not been a good change. They advertise onsite security and that is not true. They advertise security cameras and our RV was broken into and you can't get a call into the management office their voicemail is always full and they dont answer their emails to get footage of the cameras to even know if they work.
