Went the first time the cardboard target holder fell 10 min into shooting when I hit the home button. Noone cared to fix it after we told them. Second trip. I walk in at 3:03. They stopped taking shooters at 3. Both trips little to no service. I live a hour away. Not worth the time

Anthony Mills, Sorry to hear your experience didn't meet expectations. Wasn't aware of the issues from your first visit. The Easter weekend hours have been posted for a week or so to keep folks informed, knowing that we see alot of out of town guests on holiday weekends.
I think cross roads shooting is great, and very friendly and helpful.
Yesterday was our first experience in the store and range. I was very impressed with the entire process from signing up to shoot in the range, to the operators juggling lanes to accommodate my wife and I as walk in customers. We will be back again, and again....Great Facility..!!
As a first time gun owner, the whole process of buying one was seriously intimidating. Then I found this place. The staff are super friendly and very patient. Even when the online order I placed was messed up, (probably my error), they fixed it promptly. The knowledge they have is mind blowing. It's so refreshing to see customer service of this level. I honestly can't say enough good things about the staff and facility. I've recommended this place to all my friends and family.
Great place easy to use and going to get the lifetime membership for family for some year around fun without any fees
Great atmosphere and great people! Joined up I liked it so much.
