I hated it here I was sexually assaulted here they told my dyfs worker I was lying they made me stay in my room I was here in the early 90 I wish they close this place down I never knew they was still opened they messed my life up for good they did more harm then good.Im now 46 with 7 kids of my own and I own my own house working on my second husband no thanks to a system that failed me.

I was here when I was 17-18 years old, I signed myself out with my dad when I turned 18. I had the absolute worst experience here ever. The problem wasn’t even the girls here, although I did get into altercations with a few of them… it’s the staff. They don’t seem to understand the importance of mental health and how to speak and treat people with mental illness properly. I was in this program when I was around 14 or 15 in the mid 90s. The staff was great but they shipped me around like leftover food. Would never recommend. they sent me to north Jersey to raway, NJ. Which was like jail. They locked u in your room. They whole place looked like a jail. Smmfh. If you need help for your daughters please contact Robin's nest in glassboro. They care and really help

I was here for over a year I hated it but I was also a teen who wanted to be wild and free I can say the problems they have is not the houses fault The staff are always open with the girls they made me feel good they kept us safe. Yeah obviously there will be other girls there yes they are the reason I hated it SOMETIMES.I had so much fun with those girls helping them in areas and they helped me in areas in my life! The Person I Know That Went Here For Help HATED It They Use Old Expired Food Live In Dirty Conditions And The Staff Makes Her Suicidal I Overheard Them Talking About The Other Girls In The House And I Was Disgusted At How Rude Disrespectful And Childish They Are With People They're Supposed To Help I Would NOT Recommend This Program To Anyone
