LaRae with Crossroads PT literally saved me from going down the long route of surgery and recovery all with PT! In January of 2024 I came to LaRae with a shoulder injury sustained at my job as a Firefighter. I was in severe pain and discomfort couldn’t sleep and overall very frustrated. I had recurring pain in my elbow that wouldn't go away. I was in avoidance mode hoping it would recover with enough time and rest. Months later with no improvement, I decided to seek help. LaRae did all kinds of resistance tests and assessments to accurately determine the issue and the recovery protocol. Within a few months I am back to using my elbow like normal! I am not big on writing reviews, but I just wanted to share my experience at Crossroad Physical Therapy. I had total knee replacement surgery earlier this year. I have made tremendous progress due to a large part of working with LaRae S. As a senior and someone who has worked with multiple PT's over the years, LaRae is the best. Her experience and compassion makes her a cut above the rest. If you want to put in the work and return to a normal life, you can't go wrong with making Crossroad PT part of your recovery program.

I’ve had several surgeries, and Crossroads Physical Therapy is by far the best physical therapy I’ve ever had. LaRae Does her homework she’s ready for you the moment you step in her center. everything is planned out and I feel I’ve gotten a much more organized approach to my healing.
