Horrible just horrible, I've gone to his office for years as a kid and he was never nice or polite. I can remember having panic attacks and horrible anxiety in the back seat of my mom's car every time we went. He is not professional, and is very sloppy with his work. My brother told me on one occasion he ate a sandwich WHILE working on his teeth, the whole time my brother was hoping none of the crumbs landed in his mouth. GROSS. Our daughters have been patients of Dr. Bigler for 18 years and have had the best experiences there! Memorial Day weekend of 2001, our 11 month old daughter took a fall causing one of her only 2 teeth to be hanging from torn gums. Our neighbor and dentist was unavailable and recommended we call his old friend from dental school, Dr. Bigler for emergency help. Best call we ever made! I would not recommend this dentist to anybody. My son complained about his cheeks and lips hurting after several appointments from the dentist pulling on them. When I tried to discuss this with the dentist he became very defensive and blamed my son.
Dr.Biglar and his nursing staff are very professional my son has ADHD and is 4 years old and will not sit still fights and he has 4 cavities and dr worked very well with him and was able to get 2 filled in less than an hour. He is not harsh with the kids he is stern and I like that my son listens to him some parents do not like that but I did. I highly recommend him and he is now my son's dentist.
