Today was my second virtual visit with Dr. Sims. She is an absolutely amazing person!!! She is passionate, energetic and knowledgeable. She's thorough and very meticulous about what strategy works for you individually and your available options. She listens, comforts and make recommendations accordingly. I am so appreciative to have found her and her awesome supportive staff. A very special thanks to all of you!! Keep doing what you do best! I look forward to meeting you all when I get to come in to the office. :)

Terrible in multiple ways including availability for new patient appointment, communication about offered services beforehand, and so many phone calls about paying a copay. After my new patient appointment, clearly this was a terrible fit, and now they are chasing me to pay the copay which is RIDICULOUS because zero medical services were rendered. I’m going to fight the claim it’s completely inappropriate to charge me or my insurance. Do not go here.

This practice operates out of its ability to make money off of its patients. They make you pay up front for your visit- and since I was a new patient, they notified me mere hours ahead of my appointment that I had to pay in full- which is $500 for a VIRTUAL visit. I would have canceled but if you do so under 24 hours you have to pay $100 anyway. Insane.
