I took my tractor to them for repairs a couple weeks ago and it is broken again with the same problem. I went to them for help and they would not do any thing for me. I asked for them to bring the tractor in and repair it, all they would say is that it's a old tractor and has a lot of problems and they would not stand behind there repair.

I've been having work done here and also buying merchandise for decades. Never once had a problem. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Very unreliable when the bill comes. They can't prove the jump in extra charges as they are working on your equipment, and you receive a call stating that the initial quote will be much more. Bums
I can personally say that I have had great sales & service there over the past 25 years! Tom Jr. & Sr. provide excellent customer service. They have an extensive stock of parts & new inventory. I have all my generators & mowers serviced there. I am going in this Friday to buy my 2nd Zero Turn Ferris unit off of them. I personally won't shop anywhere else unless they don't carry what i am looking for. They have always been fair with price on new & repairs.
Beware of this establishment. They overcharged us twice for their incompetence. Do your self a favor and just by a new mower (not from them). The only reason they got a star is because this rating site will not allow submit without a rating. The deserve no stars.
