I've been living here for 6 1/2 years and have had only a pleasant experience. The owners and manager care very much about keeping a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and are quick to help when something inconvenient does manage to come up. They're also consistently working to add to amenities and comforts available to residents. The location is really convenient, and the slightly hidden aspect makes it a quiet neighborhood in a busy area. I definitely recommend this community.

Hidden gem! Moving into this neighborhood has been one of the best decisions my husband and I have made. It's quite, friendly and conveniently located to almost everywhere in Sherman. The owners are amazing and are always upgrading things to keep our neighborhood the best it can be. Highly recommend Crossroads mobile home and RV park to anyone traveling through or a permanent place to call home 🏠
We used their short-term sites. These sites are right when you come into the park. They are very tight and difficult to park along a curve. One of the two sites, the sewer hookup is right under the picnic table, not ideal. The sites offer hardly any room for outside activities. One site has no room for chairs or anything outside. The other had some room and had a small nature area with a fountain. It's a good idea, but I picked up a lot of trash, and the area needed help.
