My family and I have been patients at Crossroads- Goodlettsville ( now Bookmark) for years now. Danielle Joslin has been our PA and her wonderful staff has taken care of each of our needs quickly, efficiently, and always with the utmost care and support. I would highly recommend this medical group to anyone looking for people who are knowledgeable, caring, great listeners, and friendly.
I’m answering for my husband because he has no cell device or an email….he is having a very hard time having anyone answer the phone or to even return his calls!!! Pharmacist turned in a refill request OVER a week and half ago. Still no response from crossroads in Goodlettsville TN - and nurse practitioner Shelby Chuna has not phoned in his prescription and he is now out of his medication. (This is not the first time)! I’m so grateful for Danielle and crossroads medical. She literally changed my life. She listens and genuinely cares about not just your physical health but mental health as well. Visited this past Friday at 2:00pm. I've been searching for a PCP for a while now, and I decided to try this place because I prefer a female physician and Dr. Joslin's name is mentioned positively in several places. It also helped that the online booking process was so simple and made scheduling an appointment easy. Check in was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Very poor communication. I wasn’t sure if I was talking to the doctor or the nurse because she never introduced herself. I haven’t had a physical in a very long time. They didn’t tell me what it entailed what they were testing for or when I would get my results, or how to find my results. I didn’t even know when my physical was over. I was just sitting in the room because no one told me after your blood work you’re done. I highly suggest you communicate with your patients more. Will be looking elsewhere for a PCP.
