I had been going their seeing dr. Hayes and Dr. Giblin they never judged me and treated me with respect and i haven't been to the doctor in almost 2 years and the whole 2 years my sugar stays in the 4 and 5 hundreds but now I don't care because of dr. I have been going to Crossroads for years. I see the PA Reece Hayes as my PCP. He is very professional and has always handled my many medical needs with great care. All the staff there is always so nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.
Wait times are shorter at an ER. Been coming here for a few years, but it just has gotten worse and worse with waiting times. I figured I would give it one last shot today for my physical and I showed up early for my appointment. I waited for 30 minutes and they told me I would be waiting for another hour to even go back. They told me I couldn’t schedule an appointment past 4pm but they were going to have me wait to even be seen until after 5 today so missed time off work that I already couldn’t afford. I have been going here for several years. I’ve had Danielle Joslin as my physician the entire time. I have nothing but praise for this facility and the people that work there. Danielle always listens to me and always addresses my issue's appropriately and thoroughly. She does not come across as judgmental, insincere or impatient . Unlike other facilities trying to get you in and out. All the staff here is friendly and polite. I’d recommend crossroads Goodlettsville to anyone. Thanks for all you do!
I made the Goodlettsville office my primary care doctor but my diabetic doctor is at the white house location and I have to say they are very professional while being very kind and caring they are the best I have been to in a long time I recommend them to everyone and anyone wanting good quality care while feeding cared about
