This popular, mid-city mall has it all: Sears, Dillard's, The Children's Place, Sam Goody, Hallmark, Barnes & Noble, KB Toys and other big names make it the local shopping hot spot. A large food court and plenty of indoor and outdoor parking provides the convenience necessary while shopping in bigger malls. Being located at a main crossing in town, one may experience traffic slowdowns during rush hour.

A Dying Mall Crossroads is getting smaller by the day. With several businesses migrating from the mall, its difficult to find open shops at all. Lots of inconvient parking, construction, a tiny food court, and overpriced shops are the biggest downsides. However, I've heard rumors that Target is setting up shop here. This might be Crossroads only hope for survival. Hit one of the other Omaha malls for a Saturday afternoon of fun.
going out of business this mall used to be great. now i don't ever go there because i'm not sure if the store i want will even be open anymore. you never know, things are constantly closing and going elsewhere.
Reviving the Crossroads I here alot of people saying how the Crossroads is a dying mall. However, Crossroads is constantly thriving with shoppers. Over the past years, they have made leaps and bounds with adding more services like, bookstores, an eatery on the second level and more contempory shops. My favorite stores to frequent: Dillards, Younkers & Eye Masters: Excellent Customoer Service! Kudos to "June" Cosmotologist at the Clinque booth in Younkers! The Crossroads Mall is definitely reviving!
Completey trashy Although this mall is the closest to the university and would attract a lot of money from the college students - it doesn't. There are hardly any food choices in the food court and very few stores to shop from. The only reason that I ever stop in at Crossroads is there great Barnes and Noble store and a store called Street Jam that carries urban clothing lines -- one of the few in Omaha. There is also a Street Jam 2 that carries the female lines of urban clothing.
Not much left... For those of you that remembe Southroads, I have a bad feeling Crossroads is headed that way... I haven't been there in a few months, but the last few times I have been highly disappointed. There is hardly any selection of stores, the food court is TERRIBLE, and the parking lot gets JAMMED packed. If you're looking for a mall, try the Oakview or Westroads! PROS: Clean CONS: No Good Stores
