Infiniti of Wilmington was our third dealership stop for the day and by far the best. Tripp and his team were amazing in all aspects of car buying. Great customer service, great selection, and great deals. While doing the paperwork the staff was simply amazing with my kids going above and beyond making the experience wonderful for them also. Highly recommend buying a car from Tripp and his folks at Infiniti of Wilmington.
Frank was very informative and helpful with issues we had with some of our vehicles features. Diagnostics was good and quick with repairs. We found them to be very fair with pricing as well. Will definitely continue to have our QX 60 serviced here!
Mike provided excellent service he listened to our needs most importantly he did not trash talk our existing car but listen to what we liked about it and kept it in mind when helping us find a new car he is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I was impressed with Todd the owner and he was very helpful and listen to us as well. He truly trustworthy company!
