The service department here is fantastic! Frank Barbara helped us out today and he was really helpful. Took his time to give me some advice and didn't pressure for any increase to service. I'll definitely be bringing our Infiniti to them for all our future service. Thank you!
The gentleman that sold me my QX60 was very knowledgeable and helpful. We loved how he donates to a organizaiton of your choice after purchasing your car. Well, I thought I loved my car. FIrst thing that happenned, my rotors and brakes needed replacing at 19,000 miles! I had it confirmed from another mechanic and yes, Infiniti puts the cheapest pads and rotors on the car. Secondly, I had to replace one tire due to a blow out. When I took the car in for a tire replacement, they informed me that I had 5,000 miles left on tires... read more

Excellent experience ! Sometimes you go to a dealership and you have to “deal with sales or service people” That is not the case with crossroads Infiniti dealership.
