Quoted $900 for 2 hours of work! Called infiniti about a clogged sunroof drain tells me i need to get a diagnostic first for $205. After 10 minutes of arguing for them to believe me i dont need a diagnostic i know my car is leaking water onto my feet do they want to diagnose my carpet how wet it is? Finally get to talking to someone about price for unclogging my sunroof drain. They tell me its a 2 hour job they have to take my glove box and A pillar out and pull up the carpet then unclog the hose. I almost laughed when he sa... read more
Updated 8/10)25: Service Dept. and personnel are terrific as well. Extremely timely and attentive ..thanks again Phillip. Love Infiniti SUVs...the look...feel...and most of all the drive! My buying experience was absolutely awesome through Crossroads Infiniti of Raleigh. Everything from test drive to purchase of vehicle was done with sales rep coming to my home...can't get any better service!!! I'm sure QX55 will grow on me, but I still miss the QX70.
