As a small business owner, I take reviews very serious and I must say this establishment deserves 12/10 stars!!! Typer and EC are great people to do business with! I purchased my car from Crossroads Infiniti in 2007 (Infiniti G35), and still driving it today! The only place my car has been serviced is at Crossroads INFINITI of Raleigh....highly recommend them!
I have had two experiences in the past week with Crossroads Infiniti. The first was for a quick assessment before a long trip. The service advisor was extremely accommodating and even though I didn't have an appointment, was able to perform a repair that was needed. The second encounter was for a small issue separate from the first. Both times I was greeted cordially and my concerns were quickly and efficiently addressed.
