I had a very disappointing experience with loan officer Lisa Puto at Crossroads Loans. She asked me to submit my loan application and required documents through their portal, which I did promptly two weeks ago. Since then, communication has been extremely poor. I had to keep calling, emailing, and texting just to get an update.
