At first I had a rocky start with this Crossroads, the customer service department ladies I spoke with weren’t the nicest. I’m so grateful to Sabrina who helped my sick father get the care he needed. I was on the phone with her and she was so kind and understanding and made sure Dad got everything he needed for his appointment. Thank you all for making a huge impact on my family before the holidays.
