Made an appointment months ago to be seen for medication. Showed up for my appointment, the receptionist 'couldn't find my appointment' was rude and condescending about it. Never received my insurance cards so they told me I'd have to pay the full cost of an appointment if I wanted to be seen. Ended up being forced to leave. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you're looking for a primary health care provider, this is where you want to go. They never treat you like a number and they always provide caring and compassionate care. All of the staff here are wonderful and I never want to have to go anywhere else for primary health care. I've referred several friends and family members to Crossroads Health and will continue to do so.
They take good care of you and they take there time and talk to you about your problems.

I have been a patient of Mrs. Debbie since she first started here. Love her and her whole family. The staff are wonderful and they always treat you like family. I don't want to go to anyone else. Her and Mrs. Liza listen to what you have to say and then make you better. I trust them 100%.
