Having a relative that goes to Crossroads, this is what I have been witnessing from the outside over the last 5-6 years. It doesn’t matter how nice the people, if they are not doing their best to help patients, especially those with mental disorders and addiction then they are failing. If the client doesn’t ask, they offer nothing. Even if a patient signs off to allow them to speak to a family member they do not! I had to take multiple days off of work as a struggling single mother to get all of my kids counseling set up. Within 3 meetings my kid told her counselor she didn’t want to do counseling and the lady just canceled 87 appointments and discharged her. What a joke.
A great place to come for your mental health.
They are super nice and take great care of patients.
