How is it that you're a healthcare company but don't care about the health and wellbeing of your own staff? You've got very pregnant staff tending to some unstable individuals and all you're concerned about is their productivity??? No wonder you can't keep staff, clientele AND had to do another merger. The case management and nursing staff both deserve so much better.
People at the front desk are usually quite snappy towards me, I got the day wrong on my appointment once and I was met with annoyance even tho it was a mistake, you think you guys as a company for mental health would not let your employees treat possibly mentally ill people like that, it’s already hard for some people to leave their house or make a phone call and the ladies you have welcoming people and answering calls are very rude and cold, not to mention my Psychiatrist never listens to me, I understand she has an educati... read more
I regret that I have to do this again. This place might be more hostile than the other one. It's pretty clear they don't care about you the person. They're here to be a part of the machine, to pound you into shape while collecting their money. Talked to someone on the phone - threatened to hang up, because I guess it's the go-to for these people who are in a business that requires communicational awareness. Told that they only do in-person intake, so I better be able to take time off work to come in before 3 one of these day... read more
