Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable!
While we had a great experience with the sales team, the service side is disappointing. My oil change was great and I have no complaints about that. It's the scheduling. We were told that convenient online scheduling was available. The Ford app says that online scheduling is available. The emails that Crossroads sends me take me to an online scheduling form. They do not value your time. I inquired about a vehicle they had listed on their website. They called me at 11:45 and told me it was on their lot and available. I made the hour drive to the dealership just to find out it went out on a test drive at 11am that morning. They told me I could wait until it came back and if that person wasn't interested I could look at it. No thanks. The sales manager got rude when I told him I wasn't interested in waiting. Bad service. Made an appointment for service where I was to wait with my vehicle. They originally gave me a service date and changed the date because I told them I would wait with the vehicle. I get to this dealership on my appointment date and time and am told that it was never notated that I was waiting with the vehicle and it would be several hours before they could look at it.
