So far they do not hold there word on timely services. They promised it would be done same day it’s going on a week now. For a simple job. Definitely not the most supportive group around. I’ve seen better ran ford shops I.e Sheehy ford Ashland. Definitely will not be coming back here ever again. If you need timely work done do not come here. Lackadaisical energy throughout
Awesome service
Honestly if I could give below zero stars I would. Last year in 2024 April to be exact my car kept stalling and saying that I had a powertrain malfunction. So the mechanic at this ford dealership told me I needed a brand new transmission which I got and the issue persisted even after a year. I’m now sitting in my car with the same powertrain malfunction. I have no words and everytime I schedule an appointment they call me back and say their mechanics are either not available or make up some other excuse. I’m starting to thin... read more
