The gentleman in the parts department is severely unfriendly. Not sure why a person would take a CUSTOMER FACING job when they clearly do not have the disposition for one. No greeting upon walking in, no appreciation for picking up a part that HE dropped on the customer side of the counter, not helpful to the other associate trying to find my order. Stay away from this chain of Ford dealerships. Crossroads Fords has treated me the worst way possible . Not only did they back out of a deal , false advertisement at that . Drove 2 1/2 hours for agreed advertised price on a vehicle. MSRP price at that , no other discounts. Their upper management values greed over anything else. Lots of booze, unfortunately it's a government monopoly. The employees are state employees and hard liquor for bars must be bought here. Are the prices competitive? You gotta drive to Maryland to see. On US 301 there's a liquor store heaven across the Potomac.
