I want to start off by saying thank you so much to the service man that we worked with named Anthony. He was a wonderful representative for this service department. He had great communication and explaining everything that we needed for our vehicle. My husband has been working out of town near the Lumberton area and he experienced a water pump busting in his vehicle. Which left him stranded in the middle of nowhere. Anthony was nice enough to get us in quickly and get the car serviced so that he could get back on the road. W... read more
Scheduled my 98 f150 for spark plug and coil pack change and electric issue killing battery. I was called and told because it's "older" model truck that they were scared to work on it in fear of breaking parts and not finding replacement smh
