Scheduled my 98 f150 for spark plug and coil pack change and electric issue killing battery. I was called and told because it's "older" model truck that they were scared to work on it in fear of breaking parts and not finding replacement smh
Was good only down fall I explained to service manager what I needed done he even drew a diagram of how I wanted my tires rotated and when I picked up my truck first thing I always do is to visually check out my vehicle and sure nuff they didn't rotate tires how I requested so I returned to the service manager and informed him to please have this taken care of....which he did....am just saying that technician needs to pay more attention to the Wright up they received and if don't understand get with service manager for under... read more
