Boyd took his F350 in last Monday for a leak. They charged over $1,000.00 and stated the issue was fixed. Not true. Had to take it back in today for the same leak. They claimed they found another leak and had fixed it. They charged for today also. They were showed exactly where the leak was. All about money coming in and no care for the customer. Not happy at all.
Crossroads Service solved a long term painful issue for me. I don't write very many reviews, but this scenario deserves one. TLDR, brand new F150 from an out of state dealer had some alignment issues. I had taken it to two other services centers already with zero luck. Big Dave set me up with the RoadMaster alignment and I finally got the ride a new vehicle should have. A big thank you to Big Dave and Crossroads Ford from me!
