The worst, most incompetent, car dealership and service department ever. How many car delearships can you go into to to buy a car and the sales staff ignores you? How about being a (formerly) loyal Ford service customer...you take your car in for it's regular service and they charge you $70 to replace a single spring on the fuel door that they tell me is a factory defect?! How about getting a report that everything is ine with your car and then, a month later, the battery blows up? This, by the way, on a 2 year old Ford Fusi... read more
