My appointment was at 3:30 when I got there my first interaction was kind of rude, he seemed rushed and said how can I help you- i asked twice if the gentlemen in the room was waiting before me and the employee looked at me annoyed and asked again what I needed. I told him and he doesnt say anything and then just looks at his coworker to help me. The coworker that ended up helping me was super hopeful and took his time to listen. Great experience
My 1999 Ranger would not start even after replacing the 2 1/2 year old battery. I was told the starter may be the problem so I had the truck towed to Crossroads Ford in Fuquay-Varina. Diagnostics recommended starter replacement. The truck was only there for 4 days and they even delivered it to my home address after repairs. I was kept informed the entire period. Quick turnaround, reasonable price, and free delivery afterwards.
