I bought my van here. I had a recall notice, said it'd be over a month before the parts come in. Scheduled a day when the parts are in. Go to pickup the vehicle, they said they didn't do the recall warranty service. What?!@#$% That was the whole point of the service. Now I have to lose another day of work. They also charged me other parts and service of which I didn't ask for. Completely messed up.

If you care about service and reliability please go see Ivan in sales and the entire team here at Crossroads Ford Fuquay. We were on lists at multiple other dealerships and kept getting the run around about buying a bronco. The other dealers just wanted us to buy what was on the lot. I got in touch with Ivan and over a span of months the day came, he called me and said I could order exactly what we wanted, while the other dealers continually lied about inventory and what was available for purchase/build.
