Love the Mobile Service from Crossroads Ford Dunn-Benson! Bren and Travis were professional and friendly, changed the oil and cabin air filter, rotated the tires and performed the necessary checks and services - all here at my house - and cheerfully did all of this in the rain! My services for my 2020 Ford Exployer will now be with Crossroads Dunn Benson! I called for service at a Fayetteville Ford dealership and could only get a “drop off” time which means from experience that they will have my vehicle for 1-2 overnights. I called Scott at Crossroads and he was able to give me an appointment within a week! Then I received a call from the mobile service and they were at my house within 2days and complete the inspection for a recall. Brenlyn and Travis were excellent!!
