If you have a Ford commercial vehicle, this is the place to go. The service writer Brian is down to earth and great to interact with. Definitely recommend this place over Capital Ford. They finish your vehicle in a timely manner and keep their promises. When the vehicles are returned they are fixed the first time. The shop is the cleanest shop I have ever seen. The service center here is top notch! Its so clean and organized inside its like a luxury showroom of service equipment. More importantly, the staff are excellent. I've never received this level of service when having a vehicle worked on. Video updates on the vehicle and texting back and forth with service staff with updates. These guys called me the day after pickup to make sure I was happy! And when I said things were a little off they worked with me to get my vehicle back in for adjustment until it was right.
