The variety of classes is great. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. I've done Zumba, Cardio Weights, and Pound. It is a "No Judgement" zone and I look forward to coming. It motivates me to get in shape.
Amazing great atmosphere no judgements love it
Great atmosphere, great trainers and super sweet ladies at the gym . And I felt like my body got a good workout and definitely sore lol but I overall had a great experience and then did a yoga workout online which was nice too! Can’t wait to try more classes
I LOVE Crossroads Fitness Studio and Boutique! I have been regularly going to classes for over 4 years now. There are a variety of classes that I enjoy with both morning and night classes available, it gives me the flexibility I need to fit in classes no matter how crazy my schedule is.
I've had so much fun taking different classes. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I've already lost 6 pounds and can't wait to reach my goal weight
