I have loved Pete as my primary care physician for years, but have found the recent front desk personnel to be rude. I have to stand at her desk for a few minutes at times to be even acknowledged...no eye contact or anything. Then when she does look up there is a complete lack of friendliness. Some of the nurses are not as friendly as I'd like lately...they changed staff and not for the better. I will continue to go because Pete is exceptional.
