Patient here, and I don't work in healthcare, so this is a totally unbiased review. I'm very grateful for this hospital. The staff have always been polite, respectful, and empathetic. And the level of care provided has never left me feeling disappointed, or as if my needs weren't taken seriously enough. Until you've lived in a big city, and literally spent 3-4 HOURS in an ER waiting room only to be seen by staff that can barely speak English, or don't bother to explain what's happening, or act as if they'd rather be anywhere... read more
