I always have a really good experience at Crossroads Family Clinic. The staff are all super friendly and make everything easy from check-in to checkout. Never have to wait long, which is a huge plus. Heather actually takes the time to listen and explain things without rushing, which I really appreciate. You can tell she genuinely care about her patients. I cannot say enough about Crossroads Family clinic. Heather Garrett goes out of her way in caring for her patients. She gives each one her complete attention and listens to what your concerns maybe. She is exceptional. She takes great pride in her practice. Her employees are each amazing in their own way. If you are in search of a medical clinic in the Rogersville, Elgin or even Lexington area, give Heather and her staff a chance with caring for you. You will not be disappointed.
