Then I go to Mt Enterprise to make a complaint. Amy takes me to her office, telling her of this horrific experience with Crossroads. Then all of a sudden, (2) two lady's walked in, grabbing Amy and left. Amy comes back in and says follow me. Without any other Explanation, takes me to the front, gets a form to Take with me and fill it out. Apparently, Carrie from Across the street had called and alerted them of me. I received my Aetna Medicare card. Went to the dental Henderson TX on 259. Dr. did a full set of x-rays and gave an evaluation of what all needed to be done. Months later, made an appointment to have a Root Canal on one of the several he said I needed. The Day before my appointment, the front desk girl calls me and said, that I wasn't covered. What? Really? So, I didn't make that appointment and found Dr Griffin at Henderson Smiles. Dr. Griffin fixed the tooth with out a Root Canal. YEEEPPPEEEEE!!!! Another instance, ... read more
