I found a truck online that I was interested in, I called and Sunny answered the phone and throughly answered all of my questions about the truck and it’s history, very honest and thorough. Bought a car very unhappy due to the fact the check sheet was not completed and they kept it a week after I bought it this month my oil was never changed its 36% haven't even drove it very much Ole sunny there the salesman ignored my text about a few things that was neglected as well as the quote cleaning job on my car was horrible I have so many regrets never again and I will not tell one person to go there haha terrible workmanship.
This dealership keeps spamming my phone with calls with bogus information about a car I haven't purchased from them.
We have always had a positive experience at Crossroads. Sam, Shawn ,and Storm go above and beyond for their customers. They made this a very smooth and pleasant experience.
