Before you trade in or get a quote on your vehicle 🚗 make sure you check your car before you take it in as a trade in because sunny put some kind of white paint on my seat and it doesn’t come off they do this to give you less $ or just dont let sunny touch your vehicle. Originally the buying process was made easy everyone was super nice!!! I was told “we will call you when the tags come in to come pick up because we no longer mail them because they get lost too easily.” Okay perfect! That would be great! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!After the first month of having bought the truck the ac stopped working again. And I say again because they “fixed it “ before we left the lot. Now the ac stopped working again and now the truck leaks transmission fluid. Now of course how convenient they want us to pay the deductible and pay for the rental. After being told ac compressor was ordered and it would be fixed in a day and told them other issues including transmission seal leak i get my truck back with a scratch and the next morning the seal came out of the transmission and leaked my fluid out they service manager called me and i explained what happened and after going back and forth about the scratch she told me to hush my mouth that shes speaking and said they will not be picking up my truck and that i vould bring it back in 2 weeks and the scratch was already ther... read more
