Crossroads has priced themselves out of any future service business from me. Several years ago, dealerships seemed to start pricing normal maintenance/service fairly competitive with independent shops. For convenience, I have had all oil changes, tore rotation, etc done at dealerships. Today, I had an oil change done by Crossroads. The vehicle is a Wrangler with a 4 cylinder engine. Friendly service. Always ask if I been helped
After many calls and messages to receive proof of a transaction, warranty, receipt, anything... I never got a call back after buying a truck from them. Poor customer service - once they have your money, there's no interest in following up. Also, they have some sort of LoJack system included in the purchase, but it's not installed. UPDATE: After buying - I've sank about $1500 in fixing something their mechanic could not, replacing the transmission mount, and replacing the battery.
