Terrible services, the counselor was extremely unprofessional and needs to have her license pulled. This program is not recommended and needs to be closed down.
Highly recommend Julie Fouts at Crossroads Counseling in Janesville. I drive almost an hour to my appointments every other week even though there are numerous therapists much closer. For myself I have seen more improvement in a year with my Julie Fouts than I have with nearly a lifetime of therapy before . (My condition is very difficult to treat) Recently I decided to have my son see someone at this location as well and I’m not disappointed with the decision. I love my counselor first person i have actually felt like i can talk to shes made everything so much better for me not to mention the staff are great ive never had any issues
Unpleasant environment Mo collins is creepy and tries to find out where you live and tries to push an agenda constantly asks questions not related to the reason you are there Staff are rude as well
