Needs to be called “Conveined” instead of convenient because nobody ever answers the phone or is there. I’ve called and went by there several times and it’s like a phantom storage place. I guess if you’re there already and grandfathered in, you’re good to go, but maybe they should put in no vacancy light up if they’re not interested in doing any more business.
Absolutely wonderful pleasant owners and company to work with!! Very Clean storage units outside and inside climate control!! I highly recommend using this company for all your storage needs. Tracie is an absolute genuine sweetheart!! Definitely a blessing to me and my family!! She went above and beyond to insure we were taking care of!! I couldn't thank and appreciate her enough!! However I always will!! Once again, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CROSSROADS CONVENIENT STORAGE!!!
I reserved a unit online. We loaded up all of our items and drove to the facility. When we got there, we were told they were closed even tho the website and Google said they were open. Someone on the property called the owners and we were told they don't have a unit available and they don't use their online system. Clearly they need to update their website and stop taking online reservations.
Great storage place. Clean neat secure and New! I am not sure how middle of nowhere is convenient but I guess to some it could be. Owner engaged and helpful. Wasnt an issue when we showed up before hours and didn't have our code. Great place good value!
