Recently I saw these people doing what they call paving as I retired from the business back in North Carolina,I saw the guy running the spreader sitting there playing on his phone and trying to push a truck and then the joint is crooked as it can be. The same guy would randomly get off and just walk away one time I seen him going into the woods with truck sitting there. I called for a quote to move some asphalt and nobody ever called me back I guess their to busy to even reply to a phone call. Oh well I guess I'll just call someone else, hopefully they can at least answer or give me a call back.
