The worst auto body experience I have ever had. Brought my brand new car to Crossroads Collision Center for a minor repair. They had my car for a total of 15 days. First time I got it back the paint was not buffed out - there was dust embedded in the paint throughout the repair and the surface resembled that of an orange peel. Additionally, one of the 4 back nameplates was missing. It looked absolutely terrible! They agreed to rework the job and in so doing scratched an adjacent panel.
