Great department and staff!
Outstanding help and customer service. I was in dire need of a part that is specific to my car and the other Dodge dealership parts departments wouldn't ship me a simple brake light switch for my car These cars are VIN specific so you have to be careful. Crossroads Dodge would't mail me the part nor did they when I had anohter situation that kept me from driving the car. I had to take a uber ride. I took my truck and car to Crossroads for years for service and gave them a lot of money over the years and they wouldn't help me... read more
