They have had our pickup for 2 months. Twice they have told us the pickup was fixed, twice we didn’t get out of colonial heights and we were on side of the road, pickup not fixed.at this point we don’t know what to do, should we take the truck somewhere else. After they have worked on it twice.they are nickle and dimeing us.these mechanics are so incompetent.
Service was good, staff was friendly and very helpful. Amber was a great help and her personality really brightened up the shop. Technicians were very knowledgeable and got me in and out in great time.
