The older lady was super rude when I called tonight and hung up in my face when I called to get info . She was just disrespectful and all I asked was to get copay info . I don’t know how they expect to get any patients treating people like that . She sounded old but I didn’t get a name unfortunately. Edit : I am on his release of information because I helped him fill out his paper work . Thank you .
I've been seeing Derrick for about 6 years now and I LOVE him. I have NO CLUE who/what/where I'd be without him. My daughter also sees him now. Ms. Nancy and Ms. Robin at the front desk are always so nice to us, we love them also. I'd recommend this center to EVERYONE!!
They keep calling me about a bill for no showing . I called multiple times and let them know I couldn’t make that appointment . I’m just very upset because I absolutely adored my therapist but the front staff was the reason I chose to leave this practice :( . They even told me they would look into the charge and I NEVER HEARD BACK … other than them trying to collect for the bill again !!!
