They keep calling me about a bill for no showing . I called multiple times and let them know I couldn’t make that appointment . I’m just very upset because I absolutely adored my therapist but the front staff was the reason I chose to leave this practice :( . They even told me they would look into the charge and I NEVER HEARD BACK … other than them trying to collect for the bill again !!!
I found an affordable place my that took my insurance . They placed me with someone with vast experience to help me on my journey in a difficult time . It’s never too late too seek counseling and help. I trust the therapist has my best interest to see me improve and grow in my journey called life .
Kristy is kind, caring, great listener , very professional along with the rest of the staff. She takes her time with the issues . Been seeing her with Marriage and health issues which she was there being the support I needed when in doubt . She has good advice. Also we see her for family issues and that takes time, but see results . She gives you hope and encouragement . That’s what we all needed . Thank Kristy . Give her the chance ..
