If I could give zero stars I would. Called as an emergency, to get in to see a Chiropractor as I did not want to go to the hospital. The receptionist stated that they were booked up, that's fine. I had asked her if she could ask the chiropractor to see me or a massage therapist as im literally in pain. She said 'no, not for a new patient'. I do not recommend going here. How rude and inconsiderate. Do not go here. Rude staff with an ugly attitude!!!!
Dr. Goyal (Chiropractor) gave me relief from multiple out of alignment body ailments. Definitely made an improvement in my neck, ribs and back. Jamie Parrot (RMT) also keeps my muscles relaxed and aligned. Definitely recommend Crossroads Chiropractic for their amazing staff.
This review is directly for Taso in massage. My 14-year-old son booked a 45-minute massage with Taso to address neck pain. During the session, Taso spent approximately 40 minutes applying pressure to my son’s mid-back and only about 5 minutes working on his neck, using oil. My son left the appointment still experiencing neck pain and asked me to book another massage because the area he requested was not adequately addressed. Almira is great, gets real deep into your massage for being as Tiny as she is, she has the strength and ability to give you a good deep tissue massage. I recommend her very much and I will continue going to her for massages. The atmosphere at Crossroads Chiropract is great.
