I went to crossroads for my back pain after multiple friends recommended them, they took the time to find the cause of my pain before any treatment was started, now I’m back to my normal daily activities pain free.
Very informative of what they do. You just decide if it's what you want to do. They explain everything They want X-rays so they can see what the root of the problem is before they touch you. I thought they were excellent
Very positive experience. Starting at the desk when I walked in the door until the time I left, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and patient I never once felt rushed.
I just recently became a patient of Dr. Swanson’s & I am so happy with the quality of care! They are also child friendly & I am able to bring my 5 year old son to the appointments- which is great as a single working parent!
