I have been a patient at Crossroads since it’s early start and I’d like to say it has been a wonderful experience. Dr. Stephen’s does amazing work!
Dr. Stephen has been an incredible support for our family. Both of my children have special needs, and the positive changes we’ve seen since working with him have been truly remarkable. My son’s communication has improved significantly, and he’s expanding his diet with more foods, something we’ve struggled with for a long time. My daughter has reduced her mouthing behaviors and is much more comfortable, which has made a huge difference in her daily life. From day one very professional and compassionate about working with me and my partner with both our plans to overall healing. They created a cost effective plan for both myself and him. They listen answered our questions and concerns. It's a great relaxing atmosphere and super attitudes. A great team!!! UPDATE: I WOULD GIVE A 2 STAR NOW. I have the right place. They were all in until I stopped for financial reasons. I attempted 2 times to reach out, my text was blocked. Just disappointing.
At first this was a great experience. Then when it wasn't affordable their attitude and assistance changed greatly. Very disappointed.
