WE needed a reliable vehicle as we travel to see our grandchildren often. We were sold a brand new chevy trax. At first it seemed very nice, but after not even making the first payment, the check engine light came on. We took it in and they said it was a problem with the fuel injector, and they would need to order a part and would call us when it came in. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM WESLEY CHAPEL CHEVROLET My wife and I went in on 12/20/25 Saturday to buy a 2026 Chevy Colorado. The salesman advised they did not have the truck I wanted they would have to get it from another dealership. I said that was fine. During negotiation the salesman offered a free spray in bedliner. Said it would be ready Monday or Tuesday of the following week. I said fine. Tuesday came and went with no truck. The salesman called and said the bed liner people were backed up.... Giant isn’t my number one pick. If you’re gonna buy look around. Giant isn’t the best at price or customer service. I don’t think I would recommend.
We put a deposit down on a truck on Monday 12/22 only to be told afterward that the truck would not be available for almost three weeks. Prior to taking our money the salesman never mentioned that the truck was not actually available or would take 3 weeks to obtain. We immediately asked to be returned our deposit and it has been 5 days. No response and every time we call we just get the run around and sent to voicemail. We still do not have our deposit back. Bad experience with the lack of communication and customer service. They got my drivers license to do a test run. They did not give me back my license nor did they have the basic curtesy to call me to let me know they had my license. A week later, I called and they said they had it. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would never do business there.
I have bought several vehicles from this location. Greg Green has sold me my last 2 both Trax. I was on my way to see him to get another vehicle and got in an accident. Greg showed me both a new Trax and Trailblazer. I chose this beautiful green Trailblazer that is just me. It fits my life style and I love all the features. Greg always treats me with respect and calls me on my birthday. He is an asset to the New Hudson location
