Client well-being is the company's absolute top priority, and the support and knowledge provided by the management is outstanding. I Started with Crossroads in February. I have never ever worked for a company that genuinely cares so much about it's clients and staff. I heard about Crossroads Care Gloucestershire from a carer support worker who had arrived to take a mutual client on an outing. At the time I was looking to step down from a management role and I was very interested in the services Crossroads were offering. I joined the team a few weeks later, in the Summer of 2017, primarily assisting vulnerable people to access the local community and supporting family carers to have a much needed respite break.
