My husband was at Crossroads for approx. 2 months for rehab. The RN's, CNA's, and all staff were very friendly and helpful. All seemed to be in good moods. They have activities everyday, have a nice library and lots of puzzles, etc. The people in PT certainly helped my husband get back his strength and he is walking very well. I and my husband would certainly recommend Crossroads. I know most of the staff by first names.

So bad that my mother pulled my dad out of there before he was ready. One day, he fell out of bed and used the buzzer to call for help. When no one came, he actually had to crawl himself to the doorway to try to wave someone down to help him. The man who is the head nurse may be good clinically, but has poor communication skills and zero compassion, and always seemed put out or impatient. pros: mostly friendly staff, clean, activities, hot and timely food service, available microwave and fridge, timely meds, good communication, smaller facility so staff can properly care for residents, onsite pt/ot cons: old building so hope to get a quiet neighbor, shared rooms and bathrooms, horrible food, tiny TVs
