Place is dirty and bathroom had poop stains and crusted urine. Staff was unaware of why my girlfriend’s stepfather was in there for. The nurse was recorded specifically saying he didn’t know why her stepfather was in there for which was for rehabilitation of his walking capabilities (which wasn’t provided he was kept in a wheel chair instead) they supposedly called police for recording and talking to another resident patient for asking permission to record them also they had no signs stating recording was not allowed in the ... read more
We were very disappointed in the care my husband received at Crossroads. Very unprofessional staff and poor care provided.
I would actually give it a zero. The bathroom was filthy. The bed was metal very uncomfortable and I actually waited in my wheelchair for 4 hours to get help. I was not supposed to be in the chair for longer than an hour. It was very hot in the room they did not have fans. The window had a huge hole in the screen so we did not open it. My daughter helped me to the bathroom with my chair, she had to clean the bathroom first. I was supposed to have a walker I never got one.
