i watched my grandparents wilt away here. they were not bathed or changed often enough. they were left in bed nearly all day, with the exception of mealtimes, and got some nasty bed sores because of it. they tricked my grandfather into signing over his power of attorney to a staff member, so the nursing home ended up with the house, car, family heirlooms, and everything else we were supposed to inherit. if you care about your elderly loved one, do not send them to crossroads.
