John is a great mechanic and person. I’ve taken my car to him for multiple issues (both big and for routine maintenance). His prices are very reasonable and comparable to other places. However where John stands out is his honestly. He will only call out a repair if it’s necessary. He also guarantees his work for a year which is a huge plus!
well yall will never believe this! i was giving it large to the woodkin family in 5846 Harris ave. they then came up to my window. reached in and bloodly snapped off my gear stick. LUCKILY crossroads auto repair of jacksonville inc, fixed my gear stick within 10 seconds with a quick switcharoo FREE OF CHARGE!!. my new gear stick is so fresh that my bloody wife is trying to bring it into the bedroom if ya know what i mean ;)
Having an honest repair shop that you can depend on and trust is priceless. Bring them coffees n doughnuts or ash to have lunch delivered. They treat you like family n deserve all the hugs you can spare. ChuckT
BUYER~ "beware": I'm sure there will be a comment/rebutal from the owner (defending his business).. I had my oil changed at this car shop (the only time I ever had them perform this simple task)~ only to have oil in my RADIATOR!! The ultimate nightmare.. It was towed on a flatbed back to Crossroads~ so they could flush/clean up their mistake... AND I PAID for "their" mistake. Went to Crossroads after the dealership couldn't locate the source of an oil leak on my Jeep, and they also couldn't find the source of the AC leak. Crossroads found the source of both issues within 2 days after drop off, whereas the dealership failed on both issues after being there over 1 week. John, at Crossroads, contacted me to report their findings & to let me know they'd go ahead with ordering the parts. Had my Jeep back 1 week after dropped off, correctly repaired & running GREAT!
