The guys at Crossroads are the best. They are the best mechanics and take care of your vehicles like it their own. They are honest too. Wouldn’t take our cars anywhere else

I brought my car in for an intermittent starting issue and was told after a diagnostic that it was the battery, which cost almost $400 to replace. The problem continued, and after returning I paid for additional work on the battery terminals, but the issue still was not fixed. A mobile mechanic later diagnosed the real problem as the starter which Crossroads previously stated it was not a bad starter. After replacing the starter my car has been running perfectly for 8 months with no issues. I ended up spending $400–$500 here... read more

JUST CURIOUS AS TO WHY A BUSINESS WOULD TURN AWAY LABOR BUSINESS??? THIS ONE DID. I WOULD THINK LABOR REVENUE WOULD BE A POSITIVE THING. I guess honesty would be telling about the 200% mark up on parts you charge your customers for the same type of part warranty that comes with the purchased parts they could provide.
