I would have sworn that I wrote a glowing review years ago, but I don't see it, so it behooves me to replace it. Most members of my family--if not all--are denizens of Philip's at Crossroads Auto Repair on Williamson Road in Roanoke, VA. Philip is simply the best. I had a very good experience with Crossroads. I had to attend to my mom's needs at a nearby Senior Living place. This place was very convenient as I could walk to it. I had a major exhaust issue and Mechanic Phil did a great job fixing the problem and taking the time to explain what he did. I would highly recommend bringing your car to Crossroads Auto Repair.
